Arushi considers herself an extremely dedicated and focused individual. She also has a natural nag for multitasking with accuracy and clarity. She has been through her fair share of ups and downs, however, she always tries to remain optimistic.
She makes it a point to learn from her mistakes and make the most of the opportunities presented. She also firmly believes that you cannot succeed alone, you need to move forward with the people around you.

She aims to create opportunities for others and help them in learning and create a stable environment around them to grow and prosper. If she can even motivate one person with her mission statement, to start something of their own and build their own revenue, she would feel like she has accomplished something monumental. That would be her real success.
Om Trayambakam is her passion project. It is a venture that she’s put her heart and soul in. It genuinely encapsulates her personality, passion, and dedication. The name Om Tryambakam captures our country’s rich culture and tradition. It allows them to develop a relationship of faith, trust, and values with their clients. It reflects their willingness to learn from every situation and imbibe the teachings of our gurus to move forward with new learnings and create something exceptional.
Arushi believes that their personal commitment to the clients is what sets them apart. They have a sharp eye and a critical brain that helps them to analyze the possible vision of their clients. They aim at making this industry more digitally equipped.
They allow creativity to flow through their plans which are mirrored in their designing and problem-solving skills. They give the utmost importance to the comfort of their clients. They tailor the events according to their client’s wishes, needs, and budgets. Their target clientele is of a varied range ranging from small-paced to high-class.
They try to curate the best possible ideas that fit their clients’ vision. Arushi reiterates her belief in moving forward together, the credit for their successful events is for the whole team to share. Arushi feels that the very core value of their company is passionately working towards making their client’s dreams come to life.
The shift from corporate culture to event planning was not a sudden one. The shift was Arushi’s urge to do something where she can flex her creative muscles. Since her schooling days, she had an affinity for designing. Creating something unique and new gave her an adrenaline rush. Taking her family business forward was also at the back of her mind. She made mistakes along the way and learned a great deal. Eventually, she landed up with an idea to start this venture. She started it during the pandemic after extensive market research.
Arushi explains how one is bound to encounter hurdles when one starts something new. Arushi and her team, too, had their fair share of trials and tribulations. Initially, managing their expectations was quite a task for them. They had to start a few things right from the scratch.
They even got a sense of betrayal. It has always been an uphill journey for them but they never lost faith in themselves. Arushi believes that when you’re a new business, building a brand, connecting with people, and conveying your vision is difficult. She reflects on how she is still learning and growing. Each time that they faced a low, they picked themselves back up and came back stronger and wiser. If Arushi were to give one message to people starting new ventures, it would be to never give up.
They recently worked with the LGBTQ community. It was a different and enriching experience for them, working with new people with different mindsets and progressive thinking. They were truly humbled by their kindness.
They’re still at their initial stages. They do not offer anything big. They are still working on collaborations with people from across the globe and working towards growing their community. They have been associated with more than hundreds of people since they started and have formed trusted relationships with each one of them. They are happy and proud of what they’ve achieved so far. They still have a long checklist of things they wish to accomplish and hope to only grow from here, one step at a time.
