Giridih. Chandan Pandey: The birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the inspiration of youth, was celebrated with gaiety as National Youth Day in the BNS DAV Public School premises, Sirsia. Regional Director cum Principal DAV Public School Jharkhand Zone HK Dr. P Hajra inaugurated the program by garlanding the picture of Swami Vivekananda.
Various competitions like online speech, poetry reading, craft making, solo singing, and painting were organized on this occasion as well as highlighting the personality and work of Swami Vivekananda. And the students were inspired to follow the high thoughts and ideals of Swamiji.
Addressing the students, Regional Director cum Principal DAV Public School, Jharkhand Zone HK, Dr. P Hajra said that Swami Vivekananda is an inspiration to the youth. He made the country proud by representing India at the Chicago Religion Conference. Today’s young generation needs to imbibe Swamiji’s thoughts and ideas. The students, teachers, and parents contributed greatly to making the program a success.
