Virtual meeting held by Deputy Commissioner regarding Republic Day on 26 January, instructions given to the concerned officer

Hazaribagh- A meeting was held on Wednesday online under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner regarding the preparation of Republic Day on 26 January. On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Hazaribagh said that keeping in mind the covid protocol, a favorable decision will be taken in view of the guidelines and conditions of the government. He told that the main flag hoisting program will be held at Curzon Ground at 09:00 am. Leveling and beautification work will be done by the building division and municipal corporation in the respective Curzon ground.

The NCC team along with the military and paramilitary forces will also participate in the parade ceremony. The national tune will be conducted by the band team of BSF. The parade will be rehearsed at Curzon Ground Hazaribagh keeping in mind the Kovid protocol. In view of covid, freedom fighters will be honored at their residence and not at the venue. Along with this, all the slaughterhouses and liquor shops in the district will be completely closed on the day of Republic Day. He said that on Republic Day, the program of flag hoisting in all government offices, simplicity, and following the covid protocol will be mandatory. Children below the age of 15 -18 will not be allowed to attend the program. Keeping in view the covid-19, the Deputy Commissioner gave instructions to the concerned officer to ensure that all the programs are properly ensured.
